Return & Replacement Policy

At Renew Used Auto Parts, authorized returns may be accepted within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

If you ordered a product and no longer need it, the item may be returned only if it is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated in writing. Shipping charges are non-refundable in both directions.

Special order, custom order, VIN-specific, programmed, and electrical components are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Products that have been installed, modified, painted, programmed, disassembled, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Renew Used Auto Parts is not responsible for labor charges, installation costs, diagnostic fees, towing expenses, rental vehicle expenses, or any incidental or consequential damages related to the purchase or installation of any product.

Special Order Items

Certain products are specially sourced for a specific vehicle and may require a deposit or full payment before processing.

Once the customer approves the order and payment has been received, deposits become non-refundable.

Special order parts cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Shipping Policy

Renew Used Auto Parts provides shipping throughout the continental United States.

Standard delivery times generally range from 7–14 business days depending on product availability, destination, freight schedules, weather conditions, and carrier performance.

Orders for in-stock items placed before 12:00 PM PST are generally processed and shipped within one business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

• Keep all original packaging and shipping materials.
• Document any visible damage with photographs.
• Make a detailed list of damaged or missing items.
• Notify the shipping carrier immediately.
• Contact Renew Used Auto Parts within 48 hours of delivery.

Do not return any product without written authorization from Renew Used Auto Parts.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, Renew Used Auto Parts will determine whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate.
