2. Shipping Methods

Renew Used Auto Parts offers multiple shipping options depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Standard Shipping:
Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days within the continental United States.

Expedited Shipping:
Available on select products and destinations for an additional charge. Delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days.

Freight Shipping:
Large items such as engines, transmissions, axle assemblies, transfer cases, and other oversized components may be shipped via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment and customer signature.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email whenever available.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation.

8. Delivery Inspection

Customers should carefully inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

• Inspect packaging for visible damage.
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
• Take photographs of damaged packaging or products.
• Report shipping damage to both the carrier and Renew Used Auto Parts within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility with the shipping carrier.

9. Delivery Acceptance

By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges receipt of the shipment. Any concerns regarding damage, shortages, or delivery issues should be reported immediately.

Renew Used Auto Parts reserves the right to investigate shipping claims and determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, repair, store credit, or carrier claim assistance.
